At Mehram Fashions, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers in Pakistan. Here’s what you can expect from our shipping policy:

Shipping Rates:

• Rs. 99 for all orders within Karachi
• Rs. 199 for all other cities in Pakistan
• Free shipping across Pakistan for orders over Rs. 1,499

Delivery Partners:

• We use Smart Courier Service for all deliveries within Karachi
• M&P handles deliveries for all other cities in Pakistan

Open Parcel Policy:

We believe in transparency and customer satisfaction. With our Open Parcel Policy, you can open your parcel before accepting it. If the contents are correct and undamaged, you can proceed with receiving the order. If there is any issue, please inform our delivery partner immediately.

Shipping Process:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location. Generally, orders within Karachi are delivered within 1-2 working days, while orders to other cities may take 4-5 working days.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package on our delivery partner’s website.

In Karachi you can track orders using “https://www.smart-couriers.com/”  and Other cities you can track orders using “https://mulphilog.com.pk/track-shipment.php“.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a live video of unboxing the package. Email the video and your order details to info@mehramfashions.com with the subject “Replacement Request”.
• If the damage or defect is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Additional Information:

• If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Address changes after the package has been dispatched might incur additional charges.
• In the rare case that your package is lost during transit, we will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue.
