At Mehram Fashions, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase, please read our refund policy below to understand your rights and how to request a refund or exchange.
Refund Policy – Terms and Conditions

Refund Period: Our refund policy lasts 3 days from the date of product delivery. If 3 days have passed since you received your product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Unboxing Video: To secure your protection rights, make a video while unboxing your order. If the seal or tape opening is not shown in the video, claims for damaged or missing products will not be accepted.

Refund Process: In case of a refund, only the value of the products will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

How to Claim a Refund: If you encounter any issues with your order, contact us via info@mehramfashions.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Unboxing video
- Description of the issue

Replacement Policy: If the wrong product or shade is delivered, Mehram Fashions will provide free replacement from your doorstep. In all other cases, customers are responsible for sending back the parcel at their own cost.

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Window: Parcels must be sent back for return within 3 days of delivery. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time: Refund claims will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products and confirming they are in good condition.

Condition of Returned Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including original packaging. Products with obvious signs of use or damage (beyond testing) will not be accepted.

Claim for Mascaras and Eyeliners: Claims for dried mascaras and eyeliners will only be accepted if reported on the same day as delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@mehramfashions.com with the subject “Exchange Request.”
Shipping Costs for Returns
If you need to return a product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
